Dr. Garfinkle at Pediatric Neurology of Orange County
Insurance Policies
Dr. Garfinkle is currently credentialed at CHOC (Children’s Hospital Of Orange County) at Mission. She accepts and bills Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, MHAP, Tricare, and United HealthCare insurances. All other patients will be given a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellation/no-show policy
Any “no shows” or cancellations with less than 24 business hour notice will incur a fee equivalent to the scheduled appointment. Monday appointments will need to be confirmed on Thursday.
Late Appointments
We ask that you show up 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, please call our clinic to let us know. If we can accommodate you, we will. If we cannot, we will work to help you reschedule. If we have to reschedule, we will not have time to fill that appointment with another patient, and will have to charge you for the equivalent of the visit before a new appointment is made.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to keeping your medical information private. We are using the cloud-based system called “Box” for our medical records. “Box” is HIPPA compliant, and communications between yourself and this office are encrypted.
