About Us
Our office has officially been open for business since January 21, 2014. The people you will meet in our office and hear from by phone are Dr. Garfinkle and Jennifer, our office manager. We are excited to be a part of the Southern Orange County Community. We are committed to creating a comfortable environment for parents, teens, and children to have concerns addressed and questions answered. Dr. Garfinkle is a board certified Child and Adolescent Neurologist with extensive experience in every area of neurology. She feels strongly that it takes a partnership with patients, parents, and the provider to diagnose and treat children and adolescents most effectively and she looks forward to entering this partnership with you.

At Pediatric Neurology of Orange County, your child and family are at the center of all that we do. We will take time to get to know you and your child. After each appointment, we hope that your family is more comfortable with your child’s diagnosis and care. Our staff is dedicated to addressing your questions and concerns, and making appointments in a timely manner. We hope to develop a strong relationship with our patients, their families, and our community by offering personalized, quality, and comprehensive care.
We will request feedback from your visit to make sure that we are exceeding your expectations and to make changes based on feedback that might improve future encounters.

It is part of our mission to treat your family with respect and compassion from the time you call our clinic, throughout your stay in our office, and with follow up communications and appointments.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to keeping your medical information private. We previously used the cloud-based system called “Box” for our medical records and are now using Practice Fusion. Both are HIPPA compliant and communications between yourself and our office will be kept secure.
